Discussion Thread for Cat And Mouse by flembobs

Just finished this so there may be some bugs. I'm not very good at designing levels, so if anybody wants to upload a level they create here, I'll include it in the next version!

Uploaded a new version with a few extra levels and a slight change.

Cats will now only delete an arrow if it's facing the opposite direction from them. As far as I remember, it worked like that in the original dreamcast version of chu-chu rocket.

See if you can beat the new level 'frogger'

Finally got py2exe to work, so now there's a windows executable.

Hopefully the next update will feature music

Plays pretty nice so far, no glitches i've found. You are going to add cheese though? It would be like something that you have to collect a certain number of to complete the level and board the rocket ship. Maybe the mice could be intergalactic cheese hunters or something, trying to take all the cheese from one planet and hopping to the next.

Cheese is an interesting idea But I'm trying not to deviate too much from Chu Chu Rocket's formula. Simplicity == elegance

There's also a new level, which I think is pretty hard - for anyone feeling masochistic

I was playing around with the level creator, I made two levels. One of them is insanely hard.

I solved the space ship one pretty quick, but that spiral map hurts my brain when I look at it...
